I have both but I want to know which is better for my health besides tge low calorie count.
how come? I know their basically indigestible but is that the only reason?I don't even consider konjac noodles 'healthy'
Yeah i don't know exactly why but i am afraid of them in the same way i'm afraid of sugar free syrup. Even though the ingredients by themselves are not concerning, 5 calories for all those noodles just seems so unnatural to me. And i felt rather 'unclean' after trying them. But it's all irrational because i also can also eat like 6 tbsp of stevia in a day...how come? I know their basically indigestible but is that the only reason?
