Health wise which is better: Kelp noodles or Konjac Noodles?

I have both but I want to know which is better for my health besides tge low calorie count.

how come? I know their basically indigestible but is that the only reason?
Yeah i don't know exactly why but i am afraid of them in the same way i'm afraid of sugar free syrup. Even though the ingredients by themselves are not concerning, 5 calories for all those noodles just seems so unnatural to me. And i felt rather 'unclean' after trying them. But it's all irrational because i also can also eat like 6 tbsp of stevia in a day...

both! kelps have good vitamins and konjac also offer you a good amount of fibers/micronutrients/ both of them are good as long as you dont eat like a pound all at one :))

konjac has been a good source of fiber in many asian dish, they are just demonized because people started to consume too much of them due to diet culture marketing tactics, hence they cant digest it properly.
