hiya !! i'm recovered but still have some issues, obviously. i've been drinking a lot of black coffee for years as it makes me feel better when i ever eat anything. i also exercise and restrict still, but i DO eat and am recovered. i just want to know if my coffee habit is futile or working? has anyone noticed any sort of positive weight loss effects with black coffee?? of course, the internet says yes, but.. y'know. i'd prefer to hear personal experiences rather than reading articles online :>

Maybe it helps? But I drink so much black coffee and have for years so I really have no idea. I drink water first thing in the morning to take my meds and then wait about an hour before I start drinking coffee. I get through a few cups before I feel hungry at all so I think it helps?
I also drink it with my first food of the day and probably one more cup after (I realize it's out of hand haha).
Another thing and sorry if this is tmi, but I think all the coffee helps me have regular bm

I switch to green tea in the afternoon and herbal tea in the evening. Water all day long.
I don't know if it's the caffeine that's helping to suppress my appetite or just staying hydrated or having some liquid volume in my stomach always.
