Hallucinations?? Restricting / fasting

I think I might be having some hallucinations. But I'm not sure? Recently I've been seeing things past my eyes, they're always dark and small, like a spider, or a quick flash of something, but there isn't ever anything there.

Today tho. Twice it's happened where it's bigger like bird size. Once In my living room I was sat and it was like something flew across the room and I couldn't quite see it to catch it. Then on my walk right across the front of me. Both times nothing really there.

I have been fasting/restricting again over the last week or so after this weight gain crap.

I will say my mh since, last wed? Has taken a slight dive re sh etc but I don't feel like. I dunno. Nutty or anything (no offence I just can't describe it any other way).

Has anyone else had anything like this? It seems to be happening more and more. And then the increase in size? It's just really weird but annoying because I can't ever see what it is

Yes. It’s common to have vision issues when your blood glucose drops.

I've had this. Not sure if it's malnutrition (though i never feel like I'm actually malnourished, if that makes sense), low blood sugar/pressure, or exhaustion. I get spotty vision and, sometimes, what you are describing, too. It's often something out of the corner of my eye or in my peripheral

Yea I get that. The glittery spots etc. This is like when someone throws at tennis ball past you? And u kinda of catch the sight of it but u don't?

Idek is just fricking strange
It really freaks me out ahen i'm doing my walks at night and think i see something. Or if i'm driving and it happens, i worry it could be an animal or something. It helps me to be more aware while driving but can be offputting

I've experienced a lot of this. Seeing shadows or colors in the corners of your eyes, hearing a small whisper, feeling super paranoid like someone is following you. When I was younger and low restricting, I had a full blown psychotic moment where the whole room felt like it was melting and like 20 people were talking at once. The brain does weird stuff when you starve it

Oh the following thing yes. I get this when I'm out walking, or I feel like all the cars that are passing me are looking at me and talking about me. It's not fun. I know they're prob not tho. So I'm sure I. Ok?

RU ok now? What happened with that? (If Ur happy to discuss that is)

I "see" the same things as OP when Im low on sleep and restricting. Usually I think there's spiders on the walls or flies zipping past, and I swat at things that arent there.
Once it got so bad I saw shadowy figures running across the road in front of me while I was driving, this was after I was awake for 30+ hours looking after my sister who was in the hospital.
How has your sleep been, OP? It might be a contributing factor.

I've been diagnosed with EUPD 'traits' which I was told because I sh and sometimes my face doesn't look like mine. Didn't know this could happen with that too

Yes I have this very often, it's from restriction, poor sleep and stress. Don't worry too much if it doesn't get worse
