So, I know it's going to sound crazy when I post my stats in a few seconds but you know what? It's possible. I plan to loose 133.5 pounds by April 20th and no later! My sister has a graduation so I'm really stepping up my game. Been diagnosed with Bulimia for 3 months but been this way for a while. So... let's do this!! Feel fres fo join!

SW: 223.6lbs
HW: 247.5lbs
LW: 220.5lbs
GW:95lbs
Target: No later than April 20th, 2018.

I don't wanna be the bearer of bad news but it's pretty unlikely you will loose that full amount. 60-70 is probably more realistic.
My starting weight was much higher than yours (297) therefor the weight initially comes off faster than someone starting at a lower weight.
I low restrict (100-300 cals a day with one day of 500), plus purge and it's taken me 4.5months to lose 85.5lbs and that's losing things pretty damn fast.

In 3.5 months losing 20lbs a month which will probably be the max amount you could lose at extremely low restriction you would be looking at a total loss of 65..
and even at that speed you risk causing lasting medical problems. So yeah unlikely to happen sorry

You got this! How are you doing it?
This is gonna sound a little messed up, but my plan is....

- go fully vegan (check)

- eat two solid meals a day (10am and 2pm)

- go to the gym twice a day (focusing mostly on cardio)

It probably wont work but I just moved to a new city so I am completely on my own so figured I might as well just go full obsessed

130 in that time ? Lol. Goodluck. I'l be following.

Good luck, I don't know if you'll get where you want but I'll be following, keep your skin hydrated and do exfoliation to help your skin, biotin to help with hair and multi vitamins to help with the malnutrition all around. Even if you achieve half of this you'll be doing great!

Love this idea....I want to go from 200lbs to 140lbs by April!
I have a similar goal! My immediate goal is to lose 200 --> 155-165 by the beginning to march. I would love to keep it going and be 140 by April! I gained like 60 pounds in the last two years - luckily because i feel safe and happy in my relationship but now it's gotten to the point where its seriously fucking with my head and I would rather restrict and work out vs. binge/purge if i can help it. I've lost 4-5 pounds in the last 7 days. I was horrified to get on the scale a week ago. Good luck with your weightloss!

i think to lose that much weight in such a small amount of time would require fasting and exercising for long periods of time on top of that which is super dangerous.

133.5 pounds would mean you would have to lose about 1.2 pounds per day. that's more than half a kilogram. the healthy rate of weight loss is about 2 pounds per week, and i know this isnt a "healthy weight loss dieting site for healthy dieters" but you need to put that into perspective.

plus, losing weight that quickly can lead to a bunch of complications, like gallstones, loose skin, or a hospital admission.

maybe instead of aiming for that goal, you could go for around 60 pounds or so?

I think that you should be *very* careful trying to lose so much so fast. But you will probably lose pretty fast in the beginning. Idk who I am to talk because I'm trying to get to 140 for my wedding in May. If you're low restricting and exercising be sure you're taking vitamins, staying hydrated, etc. Drinking enough water is the difference between me functioning at work or passing out and being forced to go home. In general, consider taking steps for harm reduction if you're seriously going to do this.

I don't want to be mean but I don't this is possible. If you push it HARD you could prob lose 60 pounds in that time, but setting such an unrealistic goal could push you to binging when you don't make the progress you're looking for
Exactly. And if you do somehow manage it, you'll be sick as hell.

Sorry but that’s not going to happen. Once you’re no longer obese you’ll lose slower. And once you’re at a healthy weight you’ll lose way slower to get to underweight. Not possible honestly.
