I was doing very well with weight loss and was nearing my GW when my dumbass decided to go on a binge spree. For three weeks. I ate quite a bit and I've gained ten pounds, which is a crazy amount to gain in under a month but I'm determined to get it all off. Idk why I'm really making this post, I guess to ask for any advice or words of encouragement. I just really wanna die and I hate myself so much for binging and gaining weight and always being so fat. I'm going to low restrict for a while until I get back into the proper mindset of restriction and until I am back to where I was three weeks ago.

But yeah if anyone has any advice or is going through something similar lmk :)

I wouldn't suggest low restriction, it is going to make you binge, especially if that's more likely now. I get in binge cycles A LOT (how do you think I ended up over 200?). Start with high restriction until you feel the urges going away, then you can do what you want, but if you go right to low restriction, the urges will get really really strong especially at night. I'm sure you'd rather lose slow and steady with high restricting than try to lose fast but not because of the urges. Just my experience, take it however you will.

Deep breaths. You got there once you can get there again. Also some of that is definitely water weight, perhaps even half. Try to eat high protein, low carb and you'll see the weight you gained start to melt off. Rooting for you :)
