I've gotten mixed reviews (well actually one person said she was great and another that she was full of baloney; oops sorry I meant bologna) on her and I was wondering what the general mpa public thought. Is she valid or just faking it to try and make money?

Also, what vitamin defficiencies do I have to be cautious of if I were to adopt a fully raw lifestyle? What if I eat fullyraw except at dinner? Is that even a thing? Like .... partially raw?

uhh she seems like a very nice person but i don't think a fully raw diet is healthy. if you do choose to do it, you definitely need to take a b12 supplement, as with any vegan diet. unnatural vegan has some good videos on kristina.

Ehhh I think she is a really nice positive person.I don't agree with her, anyone could go raw if they really wanted to thing. I would be broke as fuck if I tried to be a raw vegan. Shit ain't cheap around here. I can't afford to buy pounds of shit to eat. I just think that part is unrealistic.

She makes claims that raw veganism can cure everything. I watched a video once where she said something about eating a raw food diet can cure depression and anxiety blah blah. I also think that eating that much fruit in one serving isn't good for you...even if it is natural sugar I feel like the whole sit there and eat 5 peaches...that's like 60 grams of sugar.YOU ALSO NEED SUPPLEMENTS AS A VEGAN!! FUCK YOU NEED SUPPLEMENTS AS AN OMNIVORE.

Also, that fuckin eye color changing video.... raw veganism cleanses the toxins from your body and your eye color changes to a pure and clean color blah blah BULLSHIT!!!!! (video about eating more greens and eye color
)

I think she is very money motivated, and she just wants her fat checks at this point. I just searched her channel on youtube....she is having a BMW giveaway...wait read the comments...the title says giveaway the description says 1-year lease can only use like 10,000 miles and resident of Texas. She has sold herself out man.

It's great that she has found something that works for her.

However, I've found that it is a very expensive lifestyle.

I've met her in person, and I'm not a fan. She's completely different off camera, mostly seeming to be concerned if you're completely raw vegan, and that you tag in her in pictures "okay bye!".
Her recipes are pretty nice, but I've tried making some and they end up costing quite a bit of $$$.
I agree with the ^above that it is a very expensive lifestyle.

Nay

- She judges those who aren't raw - biggest turn-off

- She lives in a bubble - raw is expensive af and even more when organic. $20/day ???

- She promotes unhealthy ideas - no B12 supplements, too much fructose...

- She's sold herself out with the BMW thing

So, big, fat NAY

i honestly can't stand her youtube persona. it's fake and annoying. i don't generally like the whole over the top positivity gimmick anyway, but the fact that she's apparently a complete bitch irl makes it that much more irritating.

i also find her completely ignorant to how the world actually works. as others have mentioned, her $20/day meal plan is NOT cheap no matter how she tries to spin it. she's constantly playing the victim and literally ran away to bali to avoid her problems. also she wears leather, and then made herself the victim because people were "being mean" to her about it. idk i just wish she'd own up and admit she doesn't think outside of her own tax bracket.

if you're really interested in a raw food diet, i would probably stay away from youtube and instagram. the raw foodies on those platforms may seem like beacons of health, but from what i've seen, they aren't. joining a raw fb group would probably be more beneficial because you'd be talking to real people who aren't trying to look good for the camera or make money. :)
