I recently started swimming laps again. I swim over a mile 4 x a week. I'm eating 700 calories or less, usually more like 300-400, yet my weight is staying the same?
Anyone know why? Is it because I'm converting fat to muscle (hopefully)? Or should I exercise and restrict more. I'm stuck at 147 lbs. I want to get to 120 so I started exercising and I'm still 147 lbs!
