I walk my dogs twice a day and eat between 600-800 calories.
I never used to exercise but I started because my dogs need it and walking is relaxing.

i go hiking most weekends (50000+ steps & lots of climbing; im group leader of the older kids at an outdoors adventure centre (15-18 yr olds loool) and during the week i jog/run for 2 hrs p/day (in bursts) on top of an active job and strength train 4 days p/week. i also walk an absolute horse of a dog for an hour everyday but thats just smth that needs to be done no matter what

im maintaining atm and i would have never taken on the leader role if i was restricting because those kids need me at my best at all times. when i was restricting in the past it was always just 250-500 below my tdee (3000), otherwise i don't think i would have coped too well with that much physical stress. i basically eat to exercise - it's cathartic for me

Yes, I exercise and I can't not exercise cuz I feel too guilty. I've exercised no matter what, which includes exercising when I'm injured or sick (including when I'm hungover). I do 3 hours of cardio (stationary bike) everyday plus 20 minutes on the elliptical 3 times a week.

I walk everyday, for about 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours at a time. I cant do more strenuous exercises because it tends to lead to bingeing in the long run

I exercise every day. If I don't have school, I'll do hundreds of jumping jacks and sit ups and some cardio (like stair running and jogging/running). I usually restrict under 600 on these days.

If I have school I walk every day and do some light exercise. I usually restrict lower when I'm at school, in the 300s, so I'm a bit too weak to exercise strenuously (plus I have legitimately no time). I burn around 100 calories daily at least.

I restrict (1000-1500) and exercise (1.5 to 3hrs). I would love an accountability buddy.

Last year I exercised 6-7 days per week and panicked if I didn't. I lost really fast on 800-1150 calories and 30-90 minute elliptical plus 20 minutes of lifting weights at first, but then my metabolism turned to total crap because I was so starved and overworked, and my heart rate was only 42 BPM with a lot of pains. I platued at around 84-85 lbs and I physically couldn't exercise anymore without literally becoming breathless.

This year in my relpase I only workout twice per week and it's not working out for the sake of working out; it's ice skating and dance. I eat 1200 and pretty much never work out otherwise because I hate it. I lost slowly, but my metabolism is great. I can eat 1700 cals some days and not gain. I get hunger cues but not too many. It's a slower but steadier method.
I would recommend stretching and little pulsing types of exercises, not full-on cardio. I'd only do cardio if you are eating at least a few hundred over your BMR.

i usually run 3-6 miles a day and/or weight lift. i also walk several miles a day. i don't want to be skinny fat

Bicycle daily if the weather permits..... just stretch and dance, yoga, do intense squats and crunches etc now

How am I supposed to exercise when it's 0 degrees Fahrenheit and snowing all day...... the mere thought of a gym gives anxiety. Just a broke outdoor person I suppose

I miss bicycling

Yeah compulsive exerciser here ~
Running (6-7 miles) + Jump Rope(20-30min) + HITT (another 40min) plus staying active and on my feet all day
6 days a week
Rest day is just an hour of cardio ~
I don't stop until my TDEE reaches or exceeds 3000 (according to my Fitbit) I eat 800-1200 (never binged / just don't care much for food)

Tbh I lost faster/maintained much more easily working out for just an hour or two a day while eating 1800 calories but I'm an idiot so ~

I go to the gym on campus at least 3 times a week and do cardio for about an hour, but I usually walk on the treadmill set at the highest incline. No running and more calories burned is a win for me.

The only exercise I get in this sub-zero snowy weather is walking 10-30k steps a day around campus and to grocery stores with a few sets of weights and body exercises thrown in. I really should buy appropriate cycling/non-bulky winter jackets soon. I went out a grand total of one time this week to bike around. As much as I loved the rush I got during and after my 2-3 hour bike rides, I started to dread it too, simply because I had to eat more for energy/maintenance needs even though I much prefer the twinges of hunger from mild restriction that I completely lose when I exercise a lot. For my emotional and physical health I'm compelled to exercise, but on a mental level it bothered me quite a bit. Not being able to feel hunger properly before I ate and having to adjust the timing of my meals completely threw me off.

I actually really enjoy running so I try to run (on a treadmill) for 30mins-1hr whenever i go to the gym (5x week), but I also do weights and core work like planks. Feels good and takes me about a half hour to get there, then back, plus I spend about an hour there, so I have atlas 2hrs where I forget about food.

i used to

but it has been a long time since i have been able to really get some prober excise done - these days going up and down stairs and taking walks is all i get done and its not good enough so i rely mainly in restrictions although during christmas it hasnt gone to well glad im setting the bar so low which means even if i go a bit over my daily allowance i shouldnt gain weight at least i hope that is the case

- what about you do you exercise? if yes what kind? - got any advice?

or do you rely solely on restrictions?
