I used to be an exercise bulimic (technically diagnosed atypical anorexia but that's up for debate). I'd start my day at the gym and end my day at the gym. The people who worked there told me i work longer than most people there and one of them asked me if i had a job since i was there so often. I couldn't maintain it tho. It drove my anxiety to extremes and eventually i went to hospital

I used to have this, technically diagnosed as anorexic but It was more like compensating through exercise continuously

My bulimia is typical bulimia now because throwing up became way easier than spending hours on the stair master.

My diagnosis was “atypical bulimia” for a while, binging with vomiting and overexercise and restricting. I damaged the tendons around my hipbones and it never went away, they click when I walk still lol. Also had to stop running at one point bc I pushed through the pain of badly strained calf muscles for so long I ended up unable to stand or walk with my legs straight for a while. I switched back and mostly just purge by vomiting now, still compulsive about numbers when I do exercise though.

fr tho excercise bulimia also called me so much anxiety, if I had missed an excercise I would shit myself or if I didn't get a certain amount of steps a day then that was it. It was one of my most stressful stages actually.

'Atypical anorexia' was the diagnosis of this behavior I had as a overexcessive excerise freak. I would run, HIIT excerised, weights, jump rope up to 5-6 hours a day.My body was sore all the time and I would freak out and cry if I didn't get 50k steps a day.
Found out vomiting was way easier and way less time consuming. Plus, I am COMPULSIVE EATER AND LOVE FOOD. I b/p daily but space it from excerise so I don't pass out( happened few times). I continue to excerise hard core, but only 1-2 hours with one rest day.
