First of all I will recommend not trying to a care yourself into recovery, not sure if that's what you're trying to do but it's common so I thought I'd mention it, instead focus on wanting to heal your body.

That said:
There is very little research done on bulimia and cancer, the diagnosis if fairly new (from the 80's) and the dark numbers are impacting things as well. Around 2% of bulimics will develop cancer directly related to their ED. 1/10 of people suffering from chronic acid reflux will develop something called Barrett's esophagus, and this increases the risk of cancer dramatically. Of course there are many other types of very deadly and damaging cancers that can be caused by bulimia. Stomach, oral, skin cancer (skin is damaged by stomach acid), bowel cancer, pancreatic, lung cancer, etc. The number of cancer cases in bulimics is still largely unknown outside of the 2%, many bulimics go undiagnosed, many cases might be related to bulimia but it's hard to say and also with the diagnosis having existed for less than 40 years we don't really know the long term outlook as there hasn't been studies going on long enough to tell yet.

The real killer for bulimics is heart failure and heart damage though.
