I tried recovery and stopped purging ate normal like 2000 calories a day give or take a few hundred for 3 weeks and I went from 123 to 156 in just 3 weeks....I didn't even know I gained so much until I weighed myself today ..

It's destroying but is it really all fat? Can you even gain that much that fast??

It’s probably a lot of fluid retention, especially if you stopped purging. I would imagine it’s just your body adjusting to having food in it again? I gained 25 lbs in 3 weeks a little over a year ago, but I was eating probably 5000-8000 cals daily during that period. I really doubt you can gain that much just eating 2000 cals daily in such a short period of time
