- I'm feeling so down today... I joined this Discord server where there were some really rude girls. They said im "average weight" at bmi 18, which makes me depressed and on the verge of crying. lol I know this sounds dumb.

4. Remind yourself you will eat tomorrow morning (breakfast obviously)
5. Chew gum!
6. Sleep

8. Just don't, you'll regret every second.
9. Count the calories in the food you wanna binge and think about how much u will gain if u eat it.
10. Look at bloated stomachs and think u will be like that after eating
11. The taste will go away after a few seconds, so not worth it.
12. U will be the skinniest in ur class/group

15. Weigh yourself and think about how much u will weigh after and all the progress u will lose.

Because your a pathetic fat fuck who wallows in their own self pity. You look at all that thinspo online then stuff yourself with food right after and feel sorry for yourself. Put down that food, think about how much calories are going in your body, you really think you deserve that? NO, go get some fucking water and DRINK instead of putting all that fat into your body.
