Cookies or sweets that don't dissolve when purge

Hi everyone, I'm in my acute bulimic phase. When I binge on chocolate, I go crazy because it doesn't come out, and with chocolate cookies, I go crazy because they become completely liquid when I purge them.I'm looking for a sweet food that isn't ice cream because that also becomes liquid and dissolves. I'd like something sweet that remains fairly solid or creamy when purge . Can you recommend any? Please help me,
or tomorrow I'll spend the whole day with my head in the toilet trying to purge all because I don't know if I've purge everything or not, since it's
liquid.⚰🤯😖

I think marshmallows don't completely dissolve (though you'd think they would). I think rice cakes stay chunky. This is just a guess, but I would guess that gummy bears may take quite a while to dissolve.

Sorry I don't purge a ton, but I saw that you hadn't had any answers. I also never really thought much about what state they stay in, so I'm having to think.

What about popcorn? that never dissolves--maybe you could coat those in chocolate?--but ouch?

I think no matter what the chocolate might tend to dissolve though.

I would not purge starbursts--I very clearly remember a lot of starburst/vomit flavored liquid from that.

or if you can switch to splenda-based items, would that work?

hey thank you so much for replying to me you are really kind
I don't know... maybe I was thinking of making a mix with yogurt and biscuits inside... it will probably become a creamier mixture and easier
to throw out? I really hope so because yesterday I was in the bathroom for 4 hours throwing up 30 biscuits because colored liquid kept coming out and it drove me crazy

Yogurt with bananas, and with some rice cakes in it. It doesn’t dissolve unless you drink a lot. You can add sugar or take regular flavored yogurt.
Alternatively chickpeas (canned) with sugar yogurt. That’s like cookie dough

It also tastes good without sugar, just saying that because I assume cookies often have sugar.

Most cakes don't dissolve too much (including pancakes and waffles). I wouldn't recommend brownies or other super dense pastries tho, they don't dissolve, buy they're hell to get back up.

Also, i've seen someone else recommend marshmallows. Just a word of advice: they float and some toilets don't have a strong enough flushing system to get them down the drain. Ask me how i know 😐
