I cooked a wide array of veggies in as little oil as possible and I am very full. I know I probably shouldn't purge but is there any time veggies can become a binge?

I'm currently binging on microwaved quinoa which is technically safe food because I have no money for actual binge food

I guess it depends, if you planned on eating that amount on vegetables and ended up feeling full after that, I wouldn't really consider it a binge and I think it is harmful to say that someoned binged just because they feel full, as it can often trigger people to purge.
You can definitely binge even on vegetables, but it is definitely not worth the purge and any bloating you might experience should go away in a few hours.
