I’ve decided to stop throwing uo because it’s so painful for me and has rotted my teeth away. I can’t stop binging and feel so disgusting so was wondering what laxatives are best for extreme weight loss.

look honestly don't fall into the lax abuse thing

if you want a gentle formula that will help you, try magnesium citrate

Dulcolax are like, the more aggressive ones, so you will definitely feel that though. But the best laxatives are obviously no laxatives. If you've been abusing them for months like I have, you mess your entire digestive system up and when you try to quit your body has trouble digesting food. So they're quite addictive and my advice would definitely be to stay away from them.

Heh. What I'm saying is, laxatives don't work for actual weight loss. Neither extreme nor a little bit.

They'll rid you of a bit of crap and water weight, maybe, but that will come right back. They basically just, pardon my French, flush the shit out of you after the calories have already been absorbed.
