I see a clear difference between eating "healthy" and eating well.

I also found an interview where she denies having marfan syndrome:

she seems to deny having any kind of medical condition that prevents her from achieving a healthy weight, which means she probably just doesn't want to. I think she uses the shock factor of her appearance to get attention for her band. Her mother is some Hollywood photographer iirc so the social pressure to look "a certain way" has probably been there from a young age.

I'm not gonna diagnose her with anything but she is clearly underweight for her height and that seems to be the way she likes it.

Could be some undiagnosed tissuedisorder. Could be intentional weightloss but not necessarily an eating disorder. Could be a lot of things.

Anyhow, yeah, that's definitely not natural. Either some physical disorder, maybe stress or a very low appetite or an ED.

 

I saw Starcrawler live in 2018 and she was very thin then, but also definitely on drugs for the part of the set she did. She kept sitting down as well. I think they were escorted off the stage after she punched someone in the crowd

i wouldn't speculate whether she has an ED. someone above mentioned her obviously being on drugs for a set, many drugs suppress your appetite or make it impossible to eat (well, not impossible but its really really gross feeling while you're on them). some sort of stimulants might make sense given the energy projected in those photos.

i feel like most medical problems that might explain this sort of low weight would also make it extremely difficult to do a remotely high energy set.

Arrow de Wilde looked like that as a kid, as well. I’ve looked up her mom’s old photographs. She has always been a very thin and lanky girl. There’s an old music video hee mom shot of her, she’s probably 11 or 12 years old and has the same legs as she does now.

 

Oh wow, I forgot how extreme her thinness was. She looks... impossible. Especially in their music videos with the amount of energy she has. I am fascinated by her.
