im a uni student currently in clinical internship(or however u say it). i come home and go straight to bed. if i dont have lunch for the next day, ill cook it first and then lay down and watch youtube. my daily routine is coming home, watching youtube or calling my bf, taking a shower, and wait to fall asleep to repeat it next day..

Absolutely; actively seeking employment but when I was in clinical placement this past summer, that’s practically all I did.. work, home, eat and sleep.. i did dinners instead of lunch.

for me its not about being exhausted or tired i think its more about nothing just motivates me anymore. showing up on time each day is easy but wtf do i do at home if nothing brings me the same kind of enjoyment anymore as before. the only way i can sleep is by drinking 2 half a litre ciders every day and thats all i do

yes ..... thats me.
As soon as I leave office, complete emptiness. All the bad thoughts are emerging and I have to keep them quiet.
No clue what other people do, how others are not exhausted .....
The sad thing, Ive been doing that for years ..... no decades.

That's exactly what im doing! I'm a full time university student and worker so I go to work from 7 am until 1 PM or sometimes I would stay up to 3 depending on meetings and schedule.
Then I have school from 5-11.by the time im home I pretty much just scroll on here or watch youtube until I fall asleep. No life gang 💀 I feel so guilty that I can't exercise as much as I want to although my boss finally agreed to let me and my assistant coworker who share the office get walking desks so we're both so excited about that haha. :)
