Just wanted to post somewhere others could see so hopefully I feel bad and stop binging/eating more than I should.

4th February
Today I went out with 3 friends for dinner, shisha and clubbing. In all honesty I've lost my appetitie so would have loved to have stayed home and not gone out. But, ive already declined going out socially too many times so feel like I need to go.

For breakfast I had oatmeal with low fat milk, a small banana, frozen blueberries and a coffee with 1 teaspoon sugar and a splash of milk

I then went to sleep.

I woke up at around 2:30pm and ate a 48cal peice of chocolate, a plain whole wheat bun and a babies konnyaku drink (185cals in total) as I felt pretty faint and didnt want to pass out in the hot shower.

We left around 6pm. This is where everything fucks up 🙃 dinner was curry tonkatsu and a beef curry pan.

Omg so good! But omg so filling. It was awkward as everyone had to wait for me to finish. I felt physically sick after and my stomach felt so full, it was actually very painful. so only drank straight spirits in shisha after as something fizzy would quite literally make me explode and throw up.

Of course I had alot of alchol, mainly gin and shots. When I got home at 5am I had a binge on wholewheat bread with penut butter and nutella, 1 pack plain crackers (83cals) with cottage cheese, an apple and some kimichi. I had around 3600 calories today 😭

5th February
I literally slept the entire day today. The first thing I ate was half a large apple which I ate at 6:30pm. I didn't even feel hungry from all the food yesterday so was going to leave the food at that and sleep the rest of the day away.

But at 7pm my friend came knocking on my door and told me to get ready as we were going for food. I should have declined but I didnt because I'm stupid.

For dinner I had a sukiyaki hotpot set with extra meat. I didnt finish all the meat though so it was useless getting it.

After we went for a mcflury and a apple pie which we took back to our place and ate there.

Today's calory total: 1690cals.

To be honest the past few days have been super fun. Although I have eaten way beyond what I should have, and way beyond physical dicomfort, I'm glad to have atleast socialised and did something other than sleeping.

Though its time to stop and start restricting again. My food scales arrive tomorrow so I can properly make up for the last 2 days! I'm so happy to finally be able to weigh my food again properly 😭🥲 my dietician won't be happy but meh 💁‍♀️ my book 痩せ姫 (skinny princess) Also arrives tomorrow! Really happy about that 😊

Writing an essay today and I completely forgot to eat. I ate breakfast at 10:20am:
Chocolate corn flakes
Small banana
Coffee with 1 teaspoon sugar
100ml low fat milk
(289cals)

Then I finally realised the time and made something quick for dinner at 10:10pm
I made a spicy tofu, mushroom and beansprout soup with a side of kimichi salad.
Soup:
2 handfuls of beansprouts
An entire bag of enoki mushrooms
a block of soft tofu
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons glass chicken soup powder
4 tablespoons spicy kimichi sauce
700ml water
chilli powder
spring onions to garnish.

This made around 2 and a half servings, will eat the rest tomorrow.

The salad was just red leaf lettuce chopped up and topped with kimchi (28cals per 100g)

Didn't calculate the calories but going to assume around 200/300cals For the 1 serving of soup and salad

10:45pm:
1 30g whole wheat slice of bread 70cals

Total calories today: around 659calories

Today I made banana breakfast oat muffins! I used 60g of Oats, 138g of banana, 51g of egg, 12g of honey, and 40g of frozen blueberries.
It made 8 muffins which should be around 60cals each!

Ended up eating a large apple at 00:52 to help me concentrate with studying 🙃
Then at 2am I had a pack of 83cals crackers with cottage cheese 🫠 I hate myself.

8th of February.
Slept at 5am, woke up around 11:40 and went straight back to doing my hypothesis 🥲
Had two bowls of cereal in hopes I won't get confused and a blurred vision like yesterday.

Breakfast: 395.96cals
All bran original, 40g 141cals
Rice flakes, 40g, 151cals
200ml milk 103 cals
Vitamin D tablet: 0.96 cals

Does anyone else just crave bland food sometimes too? I've been craving noodles and chicken with no seasonings or oil for ages 😅
