Hey! Today I am starting the ABC diet, I will try my best to update this thread to keep myself on track.

I generally eat one meal a day at night, and fast 20+ hours everyday. I rarely workout and does a office job, so my life style is very sedentary.
I completed the ABC diet years ago, and it really worked for me. However, my weight have been like a roller coaster ride over the past few years due to PCOS. I’ve been doing high restriction for a couple months now (600kcal on weekdays and 800 on weekends) and have lost 22lbs, but last month I went on a family vacation for 3 weeks and gained 6lbs. I decided to start ABC once we come back from vacation and maybe go back to high restriction after this.
Goals:
I’m hoping to lose 25 pounds in the next 50days.

Rules:
- Count total intake not net calories.
- Count all calories but coffee and tea.
- Try to not go over or under 15 kcal of the daily limit.
- I will makeup the days I messed up but won’t be carrying any calories forward.
