Hey! Today I am starting the ABC diet, I will try my best to update this thread to keep myself on track.

Stats:
CW: 160lbs
LW: 90lbs
HW: 178lbs
GW: 100Ibs
UGW: 90lbs​

Info:
I generally eat one meal a day at night, and fast 20+ hours everyday. I rarely workout and does a office job, so my life style is very sedentary.

I completed the ABC diet years ago, and it really worked for me. However, my weight have been like a roller coaster ride over the past few years due to PCOS. I’ve been doing high restriction for a couple months now (600kcal on weekdays and 800 on weekends) and have lost 22lbs, but last month I went on a family vacation for 3 weeks and gained 6lbs. I decided to start ABC once we come back from vacation and maybe go back to high restriction after this.
Rules:​

  • Count total intake not net calories.
  • Count all calories but coffee and tea.
  • Try to not go over or under 15 kcal of the daily limit.
  • I will makeup the days I messed up but won’t be carrying any calories forward.

Goals:
I’m hoping to lose 25 pounds in the next 50days.

Day 1: Feb 6th
Fast: 25hr (Got home late today, so broke fast later than I intended)

I fucked up day 5 after my last log. I had a gathering with colleagues and they all know I don’t eat at work, so it will look very suspicious if I don’t consume anything during the event.
I had around 500kcal at the party so to make it up, I fasted trough the weekend.
