I think it's per meal but you skip breakfast, and you have to stop after 5 bites. I read about it somewhere.What you just take 5 bites of whatever food for a day? Like how many times a day?

Yup!! It's something like this … no brekkie, max 10-12 bites of food a day (of which 2 must be protein sources) and only 0 cal drinks….I think it's per meal but you skip breakfast, and you have to stop after 5 bites. I read about it somewhere.
So it's 2 meals, total 10 bites per day. I am sure you lose weight like crazy. And faint like crazy as well.
I wouldn't do it.
