Urgh... My weight loss has been at a plateau for the past month. I keep just gaining and losing the same 5 pounds which probably just corresponds to bowel movements or whatever lol. This is mostly just a rant but any advice is appreciated... I believe it may be because my body is getting used to the fasting that ive been doing (one meal every other day if possible, and vomit everything else) which has helped me lose weight in the past... but, currently, this method is not working at all grr! I have gone back to just binging and purging as much as i want. I have also regained my love of food after hating it for a little while which makes it easier to go on crazy big binges. idunno. I try eating at maintenance too to "reset" my metabolism but this just makes me binge more. hopefully I can stop this and get back into intense exercise like before since that is the One thing I stopped doing due to the summer heat. I've technically reached my goal but my body is still not where I want it to be and I'm teetering between healthy weight and overweight constantly. i wanna be at a comfortable position and i want to not hate my body, I want to move around easily and I want clothes to fit me. o well rant over
