    I always underestimate my workouts and overestimate my food. for example the treadmill today told me i burned 850 calories but i log it as 700. i took 16.2k steps today, not including the treadmill workout. i’m 5’5.5” and 134 pounds. is -200 calories too big of an estimate for 16k steps? thanks!!
