    I seem to have a cycle of eating foods I would NEVER eat during the week, on the weekends. I always tell myself I’ll go back to my normal eating habits (low res.) during the week. How can I stop this cycle? Any tips on fast weight loss? I just got below 100 but I can’t seem to lose any more.
