Anyone else eat something because they would feel bad if they didn’t? Even if you could easily avoid it??? I mean someone has given me food (two chocolate cupcakes and a heart shaped box of chocolates with nine chocolates in it) Even though I’m not around them and I could easily throw it away I...

I just did a workout, and cut up a nectarine for breakfast. I weighed it out as usual, tracked the calories, and started eating. I then started aimlessly thinking about natural vs unnatural sugars, and then how much sugar is in different fruits. So I checked the info on my calorie app for the...

Hi there, this is my first post! I'll introduce myself: I am 22 (it was actually my birthday yesterday), 5ft 5inches, currently 127lb. My goal is to reach 110lb, as that is where I feel my happiest at. Since it was my birthday, I am inundated with food, but mostly cake. What is the best way to...

So I've been trying to cut out/cut down on refined sugar and carbs (e.g. sweets, cakes, cookies, wheat/grain products), but still eat 'whole' carbs like lentils and occasionally potatoes. My problem is I still live with my parents (just graduated, not enough money to move out yet), so I have to...

SWEETS ONLY MONO! Basically the whole idea is to eat only sweets. You cannot have bland food with sweet stuff (Ex: Jelly/Nutella on toast) I've heard people have had good results with this diet as they get tired of sweets and lose the motivation/want to eat anymore. I will be going on this...

So I have been thinking strongly about giving up sugar for a couple weeks and I think that I might finally do it now that we've hit the new year (blessed samhain), and learning into the cold season it feels like one of the nicer things I can do to my body. I've never just QUIT sugar though, not...

I fasted on the 12th, and am just having something to eat now (it's after midnight where I am). I don't know what got into my head, but I put broken vanilla cupcake Goldfish crackers into a bowl, put some dark chocolate peanut butter in it, and sprinkled on a very small amout of sugar. I'll only...

I've managed to get completely addicted to sugar again, and I hate it so much, but, like, I can't resist it!? I don't feel like I have the willpower to just not eat anything with sugar (my main weakness is chocolate and baked goods), but maybe I could replace it with something? Does anyone have...

what are your thoughts about sweeteners? I know that there are some (or a lot of) older posts about this but I could't find any recent ones. I'm mainly thinking of using them for baking (or dalgona coffee :P ) for some weeks now I've cut out some blood sugar spiking things, but now I really...

Hey guys :) , I went from Bulimia to BED to a semi-normal life now, trying to get away from those nasty 165 lbs I am currently stuck with. I managed to reduce bingeing and switched to a mainly protein + veggie + nuts diet. Problem: after dinner I crave sugar (chocolate, ice cream...) so much and...

Hey lovelies, I'm a little confusing when it comes to the absorption and purging of things like sugar and I wanted some opinions. I know that weightloss is an issue of calories in and calories out, and absorption doesn't happen until the food gets to the small intestine so weightloss with B/P...

SInce i've had anorexia (9 years) I regularly get night sweats - soaked sheets, wet clothes etc but I only wake up once it's happened. When i eat more they tend to reduce, so I've figured out it's probably notcurnal non-reactive hypoglycemia, where the blood sugar level gets too low at night...

I feel fairly alone in that I count carbs and sugar, not calories. I can restrict to below 100 calories and only gain if it's made of carbs or sugar. So,calories are irrelevant to me. Carbs give me copious amounts of anxiety.

For those who eat English muffins, what do you put on them? Sometimes I'll put peanut butter on them, or peanut butter and honey. I had an English muffin for lunch today, and I stuck the two sides in the toaster and put butter and a little bit of white sugar on them.
