    I'll be doing a yogurt and salad mono. For 12 days. Basically I'll be eating my yogurt. With granola and fruit mixed in. Then for lunch and dinner I'll be eating any type of salad. Going to only drink water or zero calorie drinks.. I'm 12lbs away from my goal.
