    So, here I am AGAIN!!!! Just completed a 30-day water fast only 12 days ago and once again find myself wanting to water fast again!!! I feel so much better when I'm not eating...feel so empty with a flat stomach and so "light" - it's an awesome experience. My blood sugars also behave themselves...
