    How does everyone feel about it? My ED loves it - just isolating me further.. realistically going destroy any hope of me being spontaneous with food ever.. Why can't they offer menu's without, its as much so others can't see how much I'm eating in terns of calories.. ugh what a mess!

    I enjoy eating soups done using a vegetable boulion cube. They say that it is ~8kcal/100g but i just can't fcking believe it. I eat a whole soup with one cube and i feel like i ate at least 300kcal and im going insane :(

    I've been suffering with anorexia since a very young age, so I have a good idea of the calorific content in certain foods and liquids. I would strictly count my calories, weighing my food - I even made my mum weigh my food, if she were to cook for me, overestimating calories when I had to eat...

    When I look up the calories of black coffee, somewhere it shows up as 0, somewhere as 5, or 2, etc... Most people treat it as 0, but, it would make sense that maybe it goes up to 5, since it's not exactly just water... does someone know for sure? Thanks !
