    I want to be 55kg (121 pounds). I need to lose 31 pounds. If I lose a pound a week I'll be happy maybe more. Right now I do 3-10k steps every day but I still eat like shit. I need a flat stomach and I had one at 55kg. It may still be too heavy for some of you but I don't give a fuck LOL...
