    I have fear of heights, to be exact the fear of not being able to hold myself. I went bouldering a lot the past few months, started as a complete beginner at VB and just this weekend managed my first yellow trail which is a V2! So happy to see my progress and I am getting a bit better every day!

    I feel kinda masochistic for saying this, but I love when my muscles hurt the day after a good workout? Like, I don't force my body into the pain of course but I feel like I did a good job when my muscles hurt and I went over my body's limits to make it stronger after. Anyone else feels like this?
