    Hi! The holidays are ongoing and I was wondering how everybody is coping with the food and family gatherings. I have to eat ‘normally’ for two days and feel fearful for the days after.     (for me, it's) -> tea fasting throughout the day (3cals/cup) than having fish (salmon) with vegetables (may allow myself a cup of coffee with milk or one iced coffee, if I get super hungry/tempted/whatever..) How 'bout you?:)
