    Hello beautiful souls, So I am back...I was essentially in recovery for about a month. I think about the beginning of October, til now. November 11, 2016. I consumed whatever I wanted whenever I wanted, and didn't mind. I have stayed almost the same weight of 120/119, but can't take it anymore...
